For some people that is easy to panic, there are several ways in
which to anticipate. Although panic attacks do not last long, but it is
very annoying feeling of panic and discomfort.
A panic
attack is a burst of very high anxiety. This attack occurred in the
absence of signs and unpredictable and tend to occur in a public place
such as a crowded supermarket or in a crowded elevator.

Avoid junk food and limit sugar
Avoid junk food and sugar, but instead, add the intake of whole-grain cereals, vegetables, fruits, lean meats, low fat dairy products, and fish.
